About us
Although Josei sounds like a masculine name, it actually means Woman in Japanese. We chose it because our collection is a tribute to the Samurai way of living a life free from fear. We have crafted our Warrior Jewelry with the 7 Bushido Principles in mind:

All of our pieces are hand crafted. We use only the best sterling silver, triple gold plating, freshwater pearls and genuine gem stones to make the symbols you will wear with pride.

Our Story
When we founded our company two years ago, we had nothing but our friendship, our knowhow (we are both engineers with a business background) and a couple of credit cards, but we remember thinking that it was more than enough to get started. We decided we would begin with the industry we came from (Mobile Phones), even though we knew it would be tough, but it was always our dream to create something of our own. Since then, we have diversified our products and investments (we are techies at heart, after all), but Josei Jewelry is our real labor of love. Both of us are Karate fanatics, who like to live our lives by its principles of honor, respect and unwavering persistence. We created this collection of beautiful, wearable symbols for people who fight their everyday battles in true warrior style - never letting blows and setbacks keep them down.
